	   The data user can download now is about the splicing information of human gene. 
	   For example, the records about the gene BARC have EnsEMBL gene id, all of the 
                   alternative splicing types in this gene, the positions of the alternative splicing 
                   exon, pair evidence to find these alternative splicing exon, in which chromosome, 
                   and the strand.
